The products offered in this online store are bags and backpacks designed and made in Slovenia.
1. General
By placing an order through this online store, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The seller reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable at the time the order is placed applies to that purchase.
2. Products
We make our bags and backpacks in Slovenia.
Because our products are handmade, small variations in colour, texture, measurements or appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects when they result from the handmade nature of the product.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen and device.
3. Prices
All prices displayed in the online store are stated in euros (€).
The seller is not registered for VAT (DDV) and VAT is not charged separately on the listed prices, in accordance with the seller’s applicable tax status.
The seller reserves the right to change prices. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is placed when the customer completes the ordering process and submits the order.
After submitting an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
If a product becomes unavailable or an obvious error occurs in the price or product information, the seller will contact the customer as soon as possible.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The order will be processed after successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery
We currently ship to countries within the European Union.
Available delivery options, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or before the order is completed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control, including delays caused by the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

The returned product must be sent back within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable legal exception exists.
This may include products that are made according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised for the consumer.
If a product is personalised or made specifically according to your instructions, please contact us before placing the order if you are unsure whether the right of withdrawal applies.
9. Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse the payments received from the customer, including the applicable standard delivery cost, without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed.
10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Customers have statutory rights concerning goods that are defective or do not conform to the sales contract.
These statutory rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

All photographs, product designs, text, logos, graphics and other content published in this online store are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to consumers in their country of residence under applicable EU law.
