We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are a consumer purchasing from our online store, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Returning the Product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the product back within 14 days.
The product should be returned safely packaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
You may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
3. Refunds
Once a valid withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This includes the applicable standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment.
We may wait to make the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Personalised and Custom-Made Products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised for the consumer.

5. Defective Products
